Our Quality Control
Our company fully comply with the requirements of ISO 9001 international quality management system, we define the whole process and the all employees’ responsibilities and ensure the human resources and equipment meet the quality required for the management; we establish the traceability system for files and the qualified suppliers management system. Each batch of raw materials will be inspected and make sure they are qualified before its using, unqualified goods will be returned.
Based on the automotive production process and DCS control system, the real-time monitoring & detection and high quality product can be achieved. The final products will be tested & inspected twice before its packing and shipment, and the sample of each batch will be kept for 1 year.

Our R&D, Technology and Know-how
All of our technical and sales staff have more than 10 years of relevant working experience related to silane & titanate, and some of them even ever worked at some global silicone companies for years. The great people to give us the power of high quality products and high efficient service. We can always give our customers some accurate guidance and help them to use our products correctly.
We can offer to our global customers a basket solutions of their silane, titanate (aluminate, zirconate) coupling agent demand, whatever they want to use the liquid, powder and even pellet masterbatch coupling agent. We research & develop some unique and amazing products like dry silane & silane cocktail for XLPE, porous polymer carrier and powder silane, and we the only one supplier of those product in China. From silane to titanate, from the liquid to the powder and even to the pellet masterbatch, our products can meet all type coupling agent inquiries of different application, different formulation and different processing.
Using gas chromatography, refractometers, we can accurately quantify silane products and do simple qualitative analysis. At the same time, we have carried out cooperation with Nanjing University, Nanjing University of Technology and other universities,with the help of university resources we can actively carry out research and development of new products and analyze and dissect imported products.
