Abstract：
Titanate coupling agent TCA-K44 is a methane, oxygen alkanolamine coupling agent, its function is same to Ken-React® KR 44 from Kenrich Petrochemicals, Inc.
The product is a type of brown yellow transparent viscous liquid. It is a kind of titanium compound of high commercial value. It is not only difficult to be hydrolyzed, but also completely soluble in water. Solutions are clear and stable.
Applications and Performance：
1. This product is a kind of alkanol amine coupling agent. It is the necessary hardener in the water dispersible polyester enameled wire paint.
2. It is the room temperature water-soluble amine resin catalyst, instead of the previous metal soap catalyst, significantly improved the film's mechanical properties, weather resistance, salt spray and anti yellowing.
3. It is an effective UV absorber that can also be used to formulate skin care cream.
4. It is used in water-based coating system, with good dispersion and effect of anti-Shen. for Water-based coatings of interior walls which have precipitation, after adding 1% of the product and mixing can be recovered. In 2-3 months, no longer produce hard precipitation.
5. After surface treatment with the product to the steel, coating’s adhesion and durability can be improved significantly.

Storage and Shelf Life：
Should be stored in dry, cool, ventilated room; keep away from water, moisture, high temperature and fire. This product has a shelf life of at least 12 months if stored in tightly closed original container at room temperature.
If this product is kept beyond the shelf life recommend on the product label, it is not necessarily unusable, but a quality control should be performed on the properties relevant to the application.
