Abstract:
SCA-A81M is a monoamino silane. Its molecular structure has one tertiary amino group and three hydrolyzable alkoxy groups-methoxy. This dual reactivity allows it to pass through with inorganic materials (glass, metal , Fillers) and organic polymers (thermosetting resins, plastics, elastomers) two-way chemical reaction to improve the bonding, adhesion and compatibility between the two, thereby improving the mechanical properties of resin-based composites or improving the resin coating The bonding strength and water resistance performance. In different applications, it can be used as a coupling agent, adhesion promoter, curing agent, surface modifier for pigments and fillers, etc.
SCA-A81M is a trimethoxysilane, its hydrolysis rate is faster, can provide faster reaction and curing speed, but the side reactant of hydrolysis reaction is methanol, which is less environmentally friendly.

Applications and Performance:
1. Intermediate for organic synthesis, possible uses include medicine, functional resin, etc.
2. Used as an additive or as a primer liquid for phenolic, urea-formaldehyde, furan, polyurethane, silicone, epoxy, nitrile, phenolic, acrylic and other coatings, inks, adhesives and sealants to improve the resin coating Adhesion, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, boiling resistance and scrubbing resistance, extend the service life, and improve the dispersion and bonding of pigments and fillers in the resin phase. .
3. Mineral filler or glass fiber filled plastic, rubber, resin and low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable materials are used to improve the dispersion and combination of fillers and fibers in the resin phase.
4. Surface treatment of inorganic mineral fillers, flame retardants and glass fibers to improve their dispersibility, compatibility, binding force and reinforcing effect in the resin phase.
Packing:
The regular packing of this product is 25kg plastic pail, 200L steel drums and 1000L immediate bulk container.
Storage and Shelf Life:
Keep indoors away from light, keep it ventilated, cool and dry, away from heat and fire. Ensure that the lid is well sealed and can effectively isolate the air. The moisture in the air will react with it, which will lead to hydrolysis, polymerization and deterioration. The shelf life of the original packaged product is one year, and the expired product can only be used after passing the test.
